Back and Forward suddenly starts to work in Window Firefox now!!!! This takes care of "Back" and "Forward" for me within Firefox within Mac setting. In the "Default" profile of Steermouse, I map "Cmd+" to Button 7 & 8 AND Tilt Wheel of my Logitech 5 Button Mouse(7&8 are supposed to be same as Tilt Wheel but just setting them in Tilt Wheel does not seem to work).
